As the Marketing Communications Manager at Thrive Communities, an award-winning property management company, I not only work on marketing projects for the various properties under Thrive's management but also play a vital role in executing and enhancing the corporate brand's communication efforts. A significant aspect of my work revolved around affirming the company's new mission following its rebrand in 2022.

After Thrive's 2022 rebrand, I led social media efforts with a strong focus on highlighting the individuals within the organization and cultivating a culture that nurtures a sense of belonging throughout the organization. I played a pivotal role in creating a unified online community by shining a spotlight on the remarkable employees affectionately known as "Thrivers." By amplifying their accomplishments, personal narratives, and valuable contributions through clever and trendy campaigns, I helped create a digital environment that seamlessly integrated with the physical office culture. Incorporating visually captivating imagery of the communities themselves showcased the company's growth, but the true goal always revolved around the people, ensuring their voices and experiences took center stage.

These blogs serve a dual purpose - to not only showcase the talented professionals behind the scenes but also provide valuable content that can be repurposed as press releases. Through passionate storytelling, I strive to articulate the uniqueness of each individual and community, conveying their stories in a way that captivates readers and resonates with the media. Whether I'm interviewing team members or delving into the rich histories of the communities themselves, I aim to create content that leaves a lasting impact and contributes to the overall success and recognition of Thrive.

I took on the exciting challenge of enhancing Thrive's recruitment marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with the HR team, I gained insight into their specific requirements, developing a deep understanding of their needs and goals. To streamline the process and empower the team, I helped create a collection of customizable templates, each designed to promote various information. These templates not only save valuable time for the HR team but also ensure consistent branding and messaging across all use cases.

Thrivers Thriving

Thrive's new vision, centered around making people "feel seen," called for refocusing the spotlight on the incredible individuals behind the organization. To achieve this, I coordinated and provided creative direction for multiple photoshoots featuring real employees who beautifully embodied Thrive's new mission. These images became the cornerstone of Thrive's branding, effectively and affectionately conveying Thrive's commitment to its people. Additionally, I recognized the power of video in storytelling and employed it to narrate Thrive's impact across various forms of social responsibility, including sustainability and diversity.
